Return Policy

 

We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and unopened

  • In its original packaging

  • With all tags, seals, and labels intact

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

We accept returns for:

  • Figures

  • Plushies

  • Model Kits

  • Trading Card Products (sealed and untampered)

 


 

Non-Returnable Items

 

Some items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Blind Boxes (opened or unopened)

  • Opened or partially assembled Model Kits

  • Opened or displayed Figures

  • Used or untagged Plushies

  • Opened or tampered Trading Card Products (e.g., opened packs, boxes, or singles)

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items

To request a return, email us at contact@komadori-collectables.com.

Returns must be approved in advance and sent to the return address provided upon approval. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Once approved, we will email you a return shipping label and instructions.

 


 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

 

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away at contact@komadori-collectables.com so we can resolve the issue. We may ask for photos of the item and packaging.

 


 

Refunds

 

After receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, email us at contact@komadori-collectables.com.
